We visited Naivasha’s most extreme bike park…the adventure got seriously intense!

Ready to trade the city noise for some engine roars?

We just hit up Naivasha’s most extreme bike park, and let me tell you—it was intense. If you’re looking for a sign to grab your squad and head out for a weekend of pure adrenaline, this is it.

Here’s the breakdown of our wild day at Paco Thrill Haven.

The Road Trip Starts with a Vibe

Every great story starts with a meetup. Ours was at Westside Mall in Nakuru. The energy was high from the jump. We hit the road, cruising through that iconic tunnel of trees on the highway. You know the one—where the branches arch over the road like nature’s own cathedral.

We had to pull over at the Morendat Stopover just to breathe it in. Then, it was off to Buffalo Mall in Naivasha to link up with the rest of the Walk Adventures crew coming from Nairobi.

First, We Eat

You can’t tackle a bike park on an empty stomach. We did a quick pit stop at Jamaa Supermarket for the ultimate road trip fuel: crispy chips, juicy chicken, spicy pilau, and sizzling sausages. With the food settled, we were officially ready for the dirt.

Welcome to Paco Thrill Haven

The moment we stepped into Paco Thrill, we knew it was game on. This place is a playground for adults.

We didn’t waste any time. We strapped on our helmets, hopped on the quad bikes and dirt bikes, and let loose.

  • The Quad Bikes: Perfect for tearing through the tracks with a bit of stability.
  • The Dirt Bikes: For those of us craving that extra shot of adrenaline. They’re fast, loud, and absolute therapy.

We spent hours riding, laughing, and getting absolutely covered in dirt. It’s that raw, unfiltered freedom you only get when you’re speeding through a trail with your favorite people.

Glamping in Style

After we finally peeled ourselves off the bikes, we decided to check out where we could crash if we were staying overnight.

They have these super cool accommodation pods. They’re simple, cozy, and built right into nature. Think:

  • Comfortable pallet beds
  • Clean linens and towels provided
  • Ambient lighting that sets a total mood

It’s the perfect spot to recharge before another day of adventure.

The Verdict

We didn’t even make it to the boat ride because we were so hooked on the bikes! Sometimes the best trips are the ones where you get so lost in the moment that your “plan” just goes out the window.

Naivasha never misses. If you need an escape that actually feels like an adventure, Paco Thrill Haven is calling your name.
